1. Acceptance of Terms- By purchasing from or interacting with Whit Adkins Leather Works, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree please do not use our website or services.
2. Products and Services- We make every effort to accurately display our products, descriptions, and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
3. Payments- All online items purchased must have payment completed at time of purchase. We accept all forms of payment through Shopify.  Prices are listed in US currency and may be subject to applicable taxes or fees. Do not accept non US currency or orders.
4.  No Refund Policy- All sales are final.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
5. Shipping & Delivery- We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
